Our Care Provider tree-planting program allows you to show just how special your patients are to you while at the same time making a difference in the world. Each Trees in Memory donation honors the special people you care for by planting a tree in their memory in our nation’s forests to help replace grand trees that are lost each year to fire or disease.

When you donate $5, a commemorative tree will be planted and cared for in one our nation's forests. A personalized sympathy card is mailed to your recipient telling them that they have been honored. Choose any amount over $10, and every dollar will plant a tree.
