The Arbor Day Foundation Bids Farewell to the Arbor Day National Poster Contest

Thanks for all the years of support and participation in the Arbor Day National Poster Contest, but the 2010 contest was the last contest to be hosted on the national-level by the Arbor Day Foundation.

Although the contest is being discontinued, you can continue to find resources that connect children with nature by visiting natureexplore.org. Expect additional online materials for educators and parents to be available in October. Also, all state coordinators have copies of the last 9 years of lesson plans and many will continue to have a statewide Arbor Day poster contest. Check with your coordinator for copies of these educational resources or to see if your state will be hosting their own contest.
