The Beautybush is an easy to grow fast growing flowering shrub with late blooming pink, bell-shaped flowers. This vivid shrub features dark green leaf color in summer that turns reddish in fall. The unique bark is a purplish color when young that turns light brown and peels as shrub matures. The combination of the 6' to 10' height with a smaller spread and fast growing rate makes this a good choice for a flowering deciduous hedge. The Beautybush likes well-drained soil and full sun for finest flowering.
